Experience is something that we all acquire as we develop as human beings. Whether it is experience in business, sports, the arts, etc; There is typically always something that we can all say we are "good" at. Though, have you ever noticed that the more you focus on how good you are, the worse you get? Why is this?
My answer to that question is: the Ego. The difference between a person that is advanced in their field and a person that is a master in there field is that the master has simply learned to ignore their ego. By doing this, the master operates without judgment, experiencing every thought, idea, and situation as though he/she were seeing it for the first time. The master has learned to listen, allowing new possibilities to exist. Masters understand that the world is dynamic, it's always changing. In order to stay on top, you must learn to allow your mind to change as the world does.

"In the beginners mind there are many possibilities. In the experts mind there are only a few."
